Navigating the web site for new Internet users

The main sections of the site are listed on the top of the page using two navigation bars. Generally, when you mouse moves over the text it turns into a "hand" it means that you can click the mouse and move to another section of the site. On some pages there are pictures and headings as you move your mouse over these you will see the mouse pointer turn from an arrow into a hand. Click and you will be able to move to another section of the site.

There is sometimes a "secondary navigation bar" on left hand side for some sections of the site. For example, the Courses section. This simply allows you to browse more details about this part of the site.
